CROSS-CURRENT is an IFES Europe initiative to resource graduates to apply their Christian faith to their vocation and work. A small cohort of specially selected graduates meet twice a year for an intensive weekend with senior Christians in their own vocation, and are then mentored informally by local Christians in that profession.
