David came to Knock in 2012 with his wife Elaine and family Joshua, Hannah and Sam. David longs to see people become mature believers in Christ, united together in Christ’s body and serving Christ in the world. Dave Currie
Associate Minister
Dave arrived in Knock at the end of 2016 with his wife Heather and kids, Nevaeh (heaven backwards), Hannah (hannaH backwards), Noah (they gave up with the backwards names at this point), Sophia, Micah and Lydia. Dave loves teaching the Bible and helping people to see how the Bible is one story with one hero, Jesus. Doug Bradley
Pastoral Visitor
Doug has been at Knock since 2014. He is married to Janice and has 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren. He enjoys the variety of people he meets as he visits the older members of the congregation, and the wisdom and spiritual insight they share. Nathan Surgenor
Director of Music Ministry
Nathan joined Knock at the start of 2017 with his wife Eszter and daughter Éva. He enjoys playing and creating music with others both inside and outside the church as a means of worship. Paul Brown
Director of Youth Ministries
Paul joined Knock in 2001. He is married to Pauline and they have two children Bethany and Timothy. Paul is passionate about young people and loves to help them discover their faith and learn to be disciples. Nicky Bradley
Children's Director
Nicky started her role in Knock in 2006. She loves working with children in the church and community, encouraging them to know Jesus and to grow as young disciples. She enjoys films, books and music. Nicki Jemphrey
Family Ministry Coordinator
Nicki is married to Alan and they have three children, Robbie, Erin and Alex. She loves the variety in her job and the opportunity to work with different age groups, from parents with young children to senior citizens. Adam Hanna
Assistant Youth Worker
Adam joined Knock in 2018 after finishing school in Kilkeel. He is at Knock part time as the assistant youth intern to Paul (basically in charge of looking after Paul and keeping the pizza to a minimum) and studying at Cornhill Bible college the rest of the week. He loves teaching the Bible and seeing people grow in their love and understanding of God’s glorious word. In his spare time he enjoys watching rugby, catching up with friends and going for walks, particularly with his dog Sasha.

Jill Ashenhurst
Office Manager
Jill came to Knock in 2013 with her husband John and three boys William, Alan and Paul. She retired from teaching in 2016 and started work in the Church Office in 2018. She took on the role of Administrator in 2019. In this role her aim is to do her best to serve God, the Staff Team and the congregation. Ann Smith
Assistant Church Officer
Ann has been working in Knock since 2005, taking over from her sister Elizabeth. She enjoys keeping fit, going to the gym and going for walks around Victoria Park and along the sea-front. Ann enjoys meeting people and getting to know them and she particularly likes this aspect of her job.

Daniele Cummings
Assistant Church Officer
Danielle has been in Knock since 2014. She has a daughter of whom she is very proud. She is a member of Garnerville Presbyterian Church. Danielle enjoys walking and she takes an interest in local history.
